This consultation has now closed and the project has been completed. Thank you for your input which has helped shape this project for the community.

Noosa Council will soon begin work on a New Noosa Plan (see brochure in the document library to the right of your screen for more information). This is an online space where you, as a Noosa young person, can tell Council what you'd like Noosa Shire to be like in the future.

It is your Shire and you can help shape its future by having your say.

We'll combine your input with input from a larger, Shire-wide consultation to be held in November and December. Council understands that you have exams coming up and that in November and December you

'Show us your Noosa' Photographic Competition

Council is also holding a competition to visually capture what you love about Noosa.

Please email your photo to strategicplanning@noosa.qld.gov.au after you have completed the forum below.

The winner will receive 10 movie tickets so that you, and nine (9) of your friends can see a movie together at Noosa cinemas.

    What changes would you like to see?  For example, more shops, recreational opportunities, businesses or meeting places?

    Thinking about Noosa, what is special to you?  For example, is it the natural areas (beaches, bushland reserves and parks), the style of buildings or the character and culture of Noosa, or other things?

    How can we retain these things for the future?

    What do you see yourself doing after you complete high school? Staying here and getting a job? Leaving town to study? Going travelling? What would it take for you to stay – or come back to the Noosa Shire?
