Final design approved by TMR

Council has finalised the design for the Noosa Parade corridor upgrade and the detailed design has been approved by TMR. Council is pleased to announce that the Department of Transport and Main Roads awarded a $2.23m Cycling Network Local Government Grant, to contribute to 50% of the construction of the Noosa Parade upgrade. Council look forward to delivering an improved Noosa Parade that is safer for residents and all users, and will contact affected residents and businesses early in 2021. Council’s project team are preparing layouts and drawings to show locals how the upgrade will look when it’s constructed, which will be available on this site in early 2021.
