One lane open - Friday, 9 May 2025

Great news for the Black Mountain community.

Traffic can now access the Black Mountain Road landslip site, with one lane open to traffic on Friday, 9 May 2025.

Traffic run in a shuttle-flow arrangement, which means motorists are allowed through one direction at a time, with temporary traffic signals installed to direct traffic. This arrangement will be in place 24-hours-a-day until the completion of works. There may also be traffic control operating between the worksite and Black Mountain Range Road where some further pavement works may be necessary. Please follow all traffic instructions to ensure worker and motorist safety.

Emergency Services have been advised the road across the landslip site will be opened to one lane.
