Council accepts draft Report and invites community comment

Noosa Council has reviewed its waste management business model to ensure it complies with National Competition Policy reforms.

At its meeting in February 2016, Council accepted the draft Report and decided that the structural reform that would best apply the competitive neutrality principle to the waste business – was full cost pricing rather than establish a Council commercial business unit.
