My kids love the dirt hill at the back of the launch pad

As we develop, I would love my kids to still be able to play in the dirt, amongst the trees/bush.

I understand that this area at the back of the launch pad may not be very clean, but I can't get my kids away from it, they always end up there. If there was a toilet and better amenities, maybe that piece of bush would be in better condition.
