Bathroom, picnic and shaded Amenities

Would love to have a bathroom and picnic table areas, and more shaded areas.

The height of the current playground is very high, with minimal guard rails. Myself and other parents have mentioned the safety concern.

Side note: There is a well known problem with youth bullying in the area. The older children have been know to bully and threaten younger kids and even parents, so maybe more surveillance is required?
