It would be great to have an off lead fenced dog area for neighbours to meet and talk whilst their dogs play.

Agree, an off lead dog area and consider if space allowing ‘small’ and ‘larger’ breeds perhaps. Park benches with a gazebo/ overhead cover for wet weather.
