Two events on at The J on February 16

Noosa Council is developing a new Arts, Culture and Heritage Plan and wants your input! Consultation on what should be included in the plan begins with two events on Thursday 16 February at The J:

Sunshine Coast Creative Alliance Breakfast - 7.30-9.30am - This first SCCA breakfast of the year is designed to inspire and stimulate ideas to contribute to the workshop that follows at 10am. Speakers include Melbourne singer, songwriter, author and actor the Bedroom Philosopher Justin Heazlewood, Cathy Hunt from Positive Solutions, and Peter Browning from the Hornery Institute. Cost: $35 ($30 for Creative Alliance Members) and discounted tickets for local artists and community arts workers. RSVP here.

Arts, Culture and Heritage Plan Workshop - 10.00am-3.30pm - Following the breakfast, have your say in help developing the Arts, Culture & Heritage Plan for Noosa. You do not have to attend the breakfast to attend this free workshop that includes lunch. Cost: Free. RSVP here

Consultation has concluded for the Cultural Plan. The Noosa Cultural Plan was formally endorsed by Noosa Council in December 2018.
